Draft

  • All 'Draft' surveys have no questions added from the 'Question Library'
  • If a survey only has a default 'Recommended' question that comes with any new survey and no questions added from the Question Library, it will be  a 'Draft'
  • 'Draft' surveys can only be viewed by the creator of the survey. This means that you will only be able to see 'Draft' surveys that you have made in the Survey dashboard and 'Draft' surveys that were created by other staff members will not be visible to you
  • To remove the 'Draft' state, question(s) from the Question Library (that is not a default 'Recommended' question) must be added to the survey




All surveys that are not in 'Draft', but in 'In use' and 'Not in use' surveys are visible to everyone. Depending on whether you have any groups assigned to a non 'Draft' survey, you will see a different tag of 'In use' or 'Not in use'.

In use

  • Surveys with the 'In use' tag  have questions from the Question Library added and schedules assigned to 1 or more groups that you are in charge of.
  • The same survey may not appear with a 'In use' tag to a user if the user does not have any of their groups assigned


Not in use

  • Surveys with questions from the Question Library added but do not have any of your groups assigned will have a 'Not in use' tag.
  • The same survey may not appear with a 'Not in use' tag to a user if the user has one or more of their groups assigned
