Within Komodo, there are two types of check-ins that staff/admins will be alerted to deal with which are urgent and recommended.


Difference between urgent and recommended check-ins


Urgent Check-ins

  • These are requested by students for a staff member to check-in with them


Recommended Check-ins

  • These are generated by Komodo from the wellbeing data submitted in surveys



Always deal with urgent check-ins first as students have requested them
