When you complete a follow up from the recommended and/or urgent check-ins they will be stored in two places for you to access.

Where to find follow ups

Staff/Admin Dashboard

  • When you login as a staff/admin, on your home dashboard is the 'Check-ins' tile
  • Click this tile and a list of current and previous check-ins will display
  • At the bottom of the list are previous check-ins which have been followed up

Student Profiles (viewing as a staff/admin only)

  • Navigate to an individual student profile from the home dashboard
  • Click on the 'Check-ins' tab in the profile
  • Here a list of all follow ups completed will display with the notes left

Follow ups can be seen by staff that see that individual student within their cohort or team/group
